Member Spotlight: Dovev Weaver, Closer To Our Dreams CEO

Dovev has been with Rising Tide for over a year, along the way his been passionately working on, Closer To Our Dreams (CTOD). He started CTOD so that he can help people that aspire to achieve big goals and dreams but to also create a community of dreamers so that they have some resources to fall back on. “Whether that be the individual moving up in their current career, starting their own side hustle, or giving back to their community, we want to help them do that.” CTOD was created to help different age groups get the resources that is needed to succeed and actually give people the ability to expand their mindset on what is possible to accomplish. Dovev believes that all dreams can be accomplished if you have the right support system to push you towards that goal and dream.

Outside of work, Dovev loves spending time with his family. He likes watching the NBA and NFL along with playing video games, reading books, and watching movies. He is also pretty active on all social media platforms and can be found with the handle Coachdtalks, the best way to connect with Dovev though is through LinkedIn. He is looking to partner up with  leaders that have a message that is centered around helping with motivation, inspiration, and helping people shift their mindset. They are recruiting people that have a specific skill that can use to help people not just in the community but all over the world.
